Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't cancelled, your plan starts and your card is charged for the first billing period. Cancel before the trial ends and you aren't charged. We email you before your trial ends.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Settings. Cancel anytime in Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What does "included AI work" mean?
Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of AI work. Bigger plans include more of it, and images and short videos use more of it than written posts. If you run low, you can top up or move to a bigger plan.
Can one plan cover more than one business?
No. One plan covers one business. Each business you run needs its own plan.
What is the refund policy?
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We review refund requests case by case, for example a duplicate charge or a billing error. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
