Your facts, a brief, concepts
Oocta reads what you already have, turns the offer you want to promote into a brief, and proposes concepts. You choose the ones that go ahead.

What happened comes back

More about learn
Plan · your facts
It starts from what you already have.
When you set up, Oocta reads your website and shows each fact it found with the page it came from: offers and prices, hours, your address. You confirm, edit or remove each one. Only the facts you confirm are used to check what your posts say.
A campaign starts from a short brief: the goal, the offer, who it’s for, the proof and the ask. Oocta fills it in from what it already knows about your business and leaves out what it doesn’t. It doesn’t invent an offer.

Plan · the concept check
Concepts are checked before you see them.
Oocta drafts more concepts than it shows you, and checks each one. A concept that fails is held back with the reason. If one fails only because it used a detail that isn’t in your facts, Oocta repairs it once and checks it again.
You see the concepts that passed, and you choose which ones go ahead. Posts are only written for the concepts you pick.
- Every part of the concept is thereA title, an angle, the big idea, why it fits, a sample opening line and the formats it needs.
- Built on your briefThe brief has a goal and an ask, and an offer when the goal is to promote, launch or fill an event.
- Speaks to your offerThe concept is about the offer in your brief, not something near it.
- Claims come from your factsAnything it states as a fact is in your business details, or it is said as an opinion.
- Different from the other conceptsNo two concepts are near copies of each other.
- Clear of claims your industry restrictsNothing your kind of business may not promise. The list for each business is on its page.
- Checked by a second readerA separate review that didn’t write the concept scores how well it serves your goal, whether only your business could run it, whether it speaks to your customers, and whether you can make it this week.
Create · the post check
Every post is checked against your facts.
For each concept you pick, Oocta writes the posts for each channel in your voice, with the image, short video or carousel made for the same idea. A video post reaches your review as a finished reel.
A post that fails a check is rewritten once, with the reason in hand, and checked again. If it still doesn’t pass, it is dropped: it never reaches your review, and you aren’t charged for it. Posts in a batch that read too much like each other are marked for you.
The words a business may not use are different for each kind of business. See them for yours:
- Reads cleanlyNo filler phrases, no generic opening.
- Fits the platform's limitsWithin the length the platform allows.
- Opens with a hookThe post starts with its opening line, not a warm-up.
- Ends with a clear askThe ask from your brief is in the post.
- Claims match your factsEvery price, number, date and promise is found in your facts.
- Clear of claims your industry restrictsNothing your kind of business may not promise.
- Quotes leave out the customer’s nameA customer’s words go out without their name, so no one is credited with a review they didn’t write.
- Checked by a second readerA separate review scores the opening line, whether it sounds like your business, whether it fits the platform, and whether it reads as written by a person.
Publish · your call
Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Every post waits in one review queue. Approve it, edit it, ask for a change in your own words, or reject it with a reason. A rejected post is kept, not deleted. On a phone, swipe right to approve and left to ask for a change. When posts are waiting, Oocta sends you one email with a preview; approving always happens in the app.
This is not only a button. Oocta’s database refuses to schedule a post that has no approval behind it, whoever asks.
Once you approve, Oocta schedules the post for the time you picked and publishes it to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Each platform is tracked on its own: if one fails, the others still go out, and a retry skips the ones that worked. TikTok only takes video, so a TikTok post can’t be approved until its reel is ready.
If a platform doesn’t answer clearly, Oocta doesn’t try again by itself, because the post may already be up. It asks you to look, and you tell it: it posted, or try again.

Learn
What happened comes back.
Likes, comments, shares and reach come back from each platform for every published post, and settle into what Oocta knows about your business.
Insights shows what worked once enough of your posts have been measured, and tells you how many that is.
Autopilot · earned
Autonomy is earned, and checked on our side.
Autopilot can publish on its own only after you've approved at least 20 posts, the last 10 in a row, and fewer than 15% of your recent decisions were rejections.
Those counts come from your own decisions in the review queue, kept on Oocta’s servers. Nothing in a browser can switch Autopilot on, and only your reviews of posts Oocta wrote count toward it.
Even then, a post goes out on its own only if every one of these holds. Otherwise it waits for you, with the reason.
- A connected account for every platform the post is for
- Every check passed, with nothing Oocta couldn’t find in your facts
- No price, and no claim that needs your eye
- Inside your daily limit and your active hours
- None of the topics or words you asked it to avoid
- By default, every 5th post in a row still comes to you
- You can pause it in one click; posts it had approved go back to your queue
